Korean American Professional Network (KAPN)

KAPN is a nationwide non-profit organization, whose membership includes Korean-American professionals working in the mainstream American vocational/social environment and prospective Korean-American professionals currently pursuing academic degrees at various US higher educational institutions. KAPN was established in 2007 with the vision of developing leadership among and promoting career opportunities for current and prospective Korean-American professionals. Major initiatives include Annual Career Fair and Leadership Seminars for Korean-English bilinguals among others.

The Korean American Professional Network will build or maintain relationships with a network of Korean and American Professionals for mutual benefit


Mission

The Korean American Professional Network seeks to advocate job opportunity, develop leadership skills, facilitate business opportunity, and represent Korean American Professional in the region


Major Programs


Career Fair

This program will identify, motivate, and train potential Korean American Professional from universities and community organizations and make them prepared for professional career.

Leadership Development

This program aims to enhance the skills and awareness of well-rounded leaders who will lead a successful career and participate in the betterment of the community

Speaker Series

The program enables members to build a strong network of professionals and receive an in-depth exposure to the critical issues facing community and professional career.

Cultural Events

Cultural programs – both traditional and contemporary – will be introduced to the members to increase the understanding of Korean and American cultures
